NOTES:
’Äú800’Äù = 1 400 lap, then 1 lap that included going up and down the hills at the
ends of Kezar stadium’Äôs track. On
the first one, people failed to run race pace. We handicap started the first ’Äú800’Äù too, so everyone’Äôs 1:00
rest would be about the same. Add
in weaving in and out of the TNT traffic and this was a real Pre-Woodminster
workout (hills, handicap start, weaving through traffic).
